Julei graduated with a degree in Biology from Hollins University. She partnered with Frank Matranga and opened Lynx Consulting, Inc. in 2010. She has more than 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has worked for both the carrier and the vendor. Julei is experienced in site acquisition/land use, project management, program management and has worked on New Builds, Site Modifications, Special Projects, DAS and Fiber to Cell. She’s worked on projects in Mountain Region, Southwest, West Coast including Hawaii but has focused primarily on the Pacific Northwest where she has a great working relationship with the carriers, tower companies & consultants.
